Royal West Academy to Host 15th Annual Robotics Competition

Montreal - Friday, April 21, 2017

The Honourable Marc Garneau, Minister of Transport and MP of NDG-Westmount, is set to serve as the keynote speaker for the awards ceremony on April 22 (1:45 p.m.).

The annual competition, which will feature 16 EMSB schools, allows for the teams to compete in four events: Soccer 2-on-2, Search & Rescue, OnStage, and Triathlon.

Representing the EMSB are: Bancroft Elementary School and M.I.N.D. High School in the Plateau, Cedarcrest Elementary School and Gardenview Elementary School in St. Laurent; Coronation Elementary School in Côte des Neiges; Dalkeith Elementary School in Anjou; Edinburgh School, Elizabeth Ballantyne Elementary Schools and Royal West Academy in Montreal West; General Vanier Elementary School in St. Léonard; Our Lady of Pompei Elementary School in Ahuntsic; Pierre Elliott Trudeau Elementary School in Rosemount;, Royal Vale and St. Monica Elementary Schools in N.D.G;  and Vincent Massey Collegiate in Rosemount.
